    Are there any other additional courses for the HIT program such as prerequisite classes that need to be taking in addition to the core classes? If so can you send me the link to review the information.

      Hello Latoya, in order to apply for our program you need an AS degree from a CAHIIM accredited institution. If you have this, we will not require any prerequisite courses or anything further. If you have any additional questions or would like to move forward please contact me. Thanks.

      Hello LaToya, I’m very sorry but you need the following to apply:

      AS degree in HIM or HIT from a CAHIIM accredited program
      GPA of 2.60 or better
      Current AHIMA membership
      RHIT or eligibility to sit for exam (if you are a recent grad)
