Jan Kelly

Jan Kelly, MBA, RHIA, – Associate Professor/Interim Program Director
Jan is a graduate of The Ohio State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Xavier University with concentrations in management and finance.

In addition, Jan has over 25 years experience in the HIM field, including director of HIM at a small community hospital, and a large teaching hospital, independent healthcare consultant, HIT program director at two different community colleges, and project manager at an electronic patient record software development company.

Jan lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, is married and has two daughters in 2nd and 4th grades. Jan sings in her church choir, is a Brownie leader for two troops, likes sports, and loves to read.
