MARTHA FOWLER
Martha Fowler, RHIA – Executive Staff Assistant/Adjunct Faculty
Martha is a 1979 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a BS in Health Information Management, attending EKU after receiving an AS (and RHIT certification) in Health Information Technology at Cincinnati Technical College. Her career has included a variety of roles: from management positions in large teaching facilities to consulting and part-time coding positions while her children were young. She was also an adjunct faculty/clinical coordinator at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
She is a member of OHIMA and the Greater Cincinnati Health Information Management Association, having served as President in the past. Martha is married, lives in Okeana, OH and has 2 college age "children". Her daughter attends UC as a grad student in Nutrition; her son attends OSU as an Anthropology major.
