HIM ORIENTATION
One of the strongest contributors to student success is preparation. The UC HIM Orientation has been tailor-made for new HIM online students. Prior to starting your first academic course in the program, as a new student you will complete the Orientation course. This is an opportunity to learn about Blackboard (the course management system), determine the expectations of your faculty, and understand how to find and submit materials online. After successful completion of the HIM Orientation, you will be ready to focus on course content instead of having to worry about navigating new systems.
